Exit M1 at Exit 57 (Oxenford/Hope Island turnoff) and follow signs to Labrador (>>Oxley Drive) Turn left into Lae Drive from Oxley Drive, turn right into Bayview Street (from Lae Drive) and we are on the corner of the 1st street on the left over the bridge.
