Getting There

Harbour Side Resort is on Marine Parade, which is also known as the Gold Coast Highway. The resort is situated directly opposite the Gold Coast Broadwater and is a short drive from the Southport Transit Centre, Coolangatta Airport, the Surfers Paradise Transit Centre and Helensvale Station.

Children / Extra Guests

(Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel)
Extra guests, including children, that are not covered in advertised rates are charged at $25.00 per guest per night, paid to the resort at time of check in.

Infants sleeping in cots stay free of charge. It is preferable for guests to bring their own cot as the resort only has a limited number of cots available. Please advise the resort prior to check in if you require one of our cots.

2 Bedroom Apartment
The two bedroom apartment is spacious with a self-catering kitchen featuring modern, luxury appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop and two-door refrigerator.

very basic unit, even had to buy own toilet paper ,hot water very limited only enough for one shower then had to wait forever for the water to heat up.

lovely weather, unit very basic no hot water only enough for 1 quick shower then had to wait half hour for it to heat up again.

Initial mixup with room type booked, probably my error.
Major issue with hot water in building, needed to run water for many minutes before heating up. Also leaking taps in the unit I stayed.

Liked: Location, Internet access.
Disliked: Water problems.
