Getting There

The Isle of Palms Resort can be located at 2 Coolgardie Street, Elanora. Take exit 93 off the Pacific Motorway. Guest travelling from the South exit onto K.P. McGrath Drive and turn right into Guiness Creek Road and then next right into Coolgardie Street. Guests travelling from the North, turn right into Guiness Creek Road and then second right into Coolgardie Street.

2 Bedroom Garden Court Apartment
Ideal for families with small children, these 3 bedroom units offer split level apartments with lock up garage.

Downstairs area consists of open plan living includes a kitchen, full laundry, spacious lounge and dining area and courtyard. Bedding consists of 1 Queen bed and 4 Single beds.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

3 Bedroom Waterfront Apartment

Another bedroom has 1 Double bed with two further bedrooms each containing 2 Single beds. Penthouses have very large open plan living areas with separate dining room and bar.

Exclusively, each penthouse has its own private swimming pool and sun drenched patio right on the edge of the lake.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

4 Bedroom Waterfront Apartment
The four bedroom waterfront apartment is positioned right on the lake with tranquil views of Pine Lake and surrounds. Each unit has a balcony and opens out to a private lake front garden.

HORRIBLE from start to end.

Old and FILTHY - dirty linen, bedsheets, blankets. Cockroaches in the dishwaher. Washing machine and dryer not working.

Unaccomodating staff - charged 50c for a single sachet of sugar when advised that the ones kept in the room were not enough

"Sorry Can't help, you should have informed earlier" - response given when complained about linen, the dishwasher and the washing machine + dryer.

A definite NO NO NO

We were looking for a bit of relaxation from our busy lifestyle. This is DEFINATELY NOT the place to get it.How on earth it obtained 4star rating is beyond us. We WONT go back.

Thought resort was fairly old, nice pool and spa, but apartments really crowded. The website looks real good, but the reality is not so good - don't stay here if you have more than one kid, too crowded. Furniture in room was pretty basic, everything there, but not that flash. Thought it was supposed to be four stars, doubt that very much.....

The pool set up was good for the family with a wading pool and main pool so the family and kids had a great time. There is a playground close. The apartment/town house is abit dated and not as spacious as it appears on photos but very functional.

Found this resort to be quite old, was a bit disappointed as it has a 4 star rating....
Coles is right next door, so good for cheap eating.
Apartments were quite run down, thought they could do with a good scrub.
Nice pool area with waterfall.

Cramped living conditions in 3 bdrm garden apts, old furnishings and definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. Managers were very rude and unaccommodating, stayed next to feral permanent residents swearing and abusing until 2am in morning, police and everything - definitely don't stay here if you want a relaxing HOLIDAY. Felt like we were flatting, not a good ambience to the place. Wouldn't think it was a 4 star rating at all. Spa had dodgy wobbly rail to it, very dangerous for elderly grandmother we had staying with us. Negative signs everywhere, telling you what NOT to do.
