We had a great stay despite the bad weather. I found the resort to be very well run and exceptionally clean. Our hosts were very accommodating and very friendly. I would definately stay there again.

spent a week here an enjoyed it. Kids loved the pool even after a long day at the theme parks nice peaceful great bbq a real relaxing family holiday. Thanks guys

Great apartment, cosy and just nice for 4 adults. Walking distance to the beach, and very near harbourtown and metromarket for groceries and food.

Inability to snib security screen doors was not good as we like fresh air and couldn\'t air out the apartment, even if we were just outside in the pool area. Otherwise no complaints. Secure surroundings with security guard checks and secure underground parking.

Had an Awesome time again. This being my 4th Stay at the Pelican and many more to come. I have always found the Resort and Management very lovely/friendly, clean and beautiful views. The gardens look so lovely. Nice and quiet. My two girls spent most of their time in the pool and made a lot of friends with the nice locals that live their. They swan in the both the heated and unheated. A little shopping centre only a light stroll down the road of 5 minutes. This has everything you need. IGA. Takeaway. Chemist, Pizza, Bakery and others. Took 5minutes drive to Seaworld & 10minutes to Movie World, Wet & Wild 15minutes to Dreamworld. Ideal!! For the family.

Had a fantastic week. The apartments were clean & the grounds were well maintained. We saw someone out cleaning around the pool area & gardens every day. The staff were lovely. It's situated in a quiet position with a beautiful outlook over the pool & tennis court to the waterway. Our boys loved the pools. They swam in both the heated & unheated one. There was a small shopping centre with an IGA, Chemist & take away shops etc, within walking distance. Could recommend the take away Pizza & Mexican (eat in). Harbour Town was about 5 minutes drive & you were close to all of the theme parks which was the main reason for our trip.

We found the accomodation very nice and suited our needs during our stay. Location was excellent and the surrounds were very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful.

was a nice place. Although I was not told that when I gave my credit card details to book the room that the payment would be taken off straight away. We left quite early the next morning back to brisbane for work and drove all the way back after 10 (cuz that\'s when the reception opened) to pay for the room, but it was already paid for.... They should let guests know if full payment or just a deposit will be taken off credit cards. Still a nice place.

The grounds and gardens are great. Our apartment was very standard. Only airconditioning to the main living area made it very uncomfortable at night.

Just great! Away from the bustle, but close enough to all the things you will go to. Great local shopping and the friendliest management. our first time, but we will be back.

If you liked the 70s then you may like this place as this is the last time this place was probaly refurbished.

The complex is nothing like the reviews pure lies, our unit should have been condemned it was disgusting the floors were filthy, the washing machine was broken the fridge was broken the Tv was totally out of date no nd there was no airconditioning, the microwave was an original, floor coverings and tiles were well past worn out, you cant leave your valuables because windows dont close and neither does some sliding glass doors lock.
Also if you are a non smoker you cant sit on your verandah due to cigarette smoke from other units.

All the unit managers could do when we asked about the condition of the unit was to make pathetic excuses, " the unit is cheap what do you expect" no the unit wasnt cheap it was bloody expensive for accomodation that needed to be totally gutted and renovated.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Myself and two girls stayed for two weeks and I couldnt have asked for a better location and enviroment. The apartment was perfect. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. Lovely hosts. We thank you for our time there and will definitely be where we stay when we visit the Gold Coast again. Picture perfect!!!

We stayed here with extended family and had 3 apartments. They were clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful. The area is very quiet and we liked that. Close to the broadwater for morning walks. A little shopping centre around the corner too. The pool and spa are nice and warm. Easy to watch the kids from the many chairs and tables around.

Fantastic value for money accommodation, location is great if you have a vehicle. The staff were great and the amenities in perfect order, the pool and BBQ area fabulous and really well maintained.
