Visitor Review

Hotel was good, it was just a bit difficult getting into the hotel from the car park as they had the undercover carpark closed for a function and this limite access to the main building.

We really enjoyed the three days at the hotel. The room was great with a great unhindered view. The staff were most helpful and always smiling. Our two young boys enjoyed using the park facilities and the pool. The concirge (can\'t remember his name) was most helpful and very knowledgable. We would come back again for sure.

We had a great time and the service was wonderful however we did have to continue to ask for an additional towel every time the room was serviced as only 3 towels remained and we had 4 people booked in.

Liked: playground, pool, restaurant, service, Leven (concierge)
Disliked: the service at the pool was a bit hit and miss as sometimes no one appeared there. I later found out that you need to pick up the phone but when you do it sounds like it is dead so I just put it back

was very enjoyable stay, our first stay as a complete family. My 9yr old son loved the experience of staying in a wonderful resort. My only comment is that the wonderful view from 16th floor was through windows that were not totally clean, although i would imagine window cleaning at that height is difficult. Also shuttle bus to Metricon stadium for families would be a great help.

Liked: Most of experience, my son\'s first time in a resort.
Disliked: I didn\'t allow enough time to enjoy restaurant or golf course.
